It's very unusual for me to write a complete song without words - or at least when I do, I tend to forget them before I get a chance to finish them. The words help crystallise the thing.

But I wrote this tune while wandering about, and it stuck. I wasn't fully satisfied with the lyric I wrote to it, so I asked Yo Zushi if he'd write something. The result is a mixture of some of my words and some of his. And he covered / re-wrote the song as Green Briar Shore for his own album It Never Entered My Mind.
